I joined the AGDA Victoria committee after I noticed a gap in the market for industry events for in-house designers. After pitching my idea to the Chairperson, I organised and hosted one of AGDA Victoria’s most successful new programs. The Art of Working Client Side was a panel discussion featuring notable in-house designers who spoke about the unique opportunities and challenges of internal creative teams. The event sold out a week in advance and received excellent feedback from attendees; highlighting the need and value of events that provide content specifically for in-house designers.
